DEPARTMENT OF ANATOMY
1. Introduction:
The various subjects taught in the course are
(a) Gross Anatomy of entire human body with special reference to applied Anatomy.
(b) Principles of Human Genetics.
(c) Principles of Human Embryology.
(d) Histology.
The student learns Anatomy by dissecting the cadaver under the guidance of teaching staff. The cadaver room has a stock capacity of sufficient number of cadavers to cater the needs of all the students. The Department has a good museum with over six hundred anatomical specimens.

Well established with equipments and infrastructure like museum with wet and dry specimens, body imaging films like X-ray, MRI, CT scan and Ultrasound, necessary audiovisual aids and for research activities also.
