ALLOTMENT OF ROOMS:
- All students are required to bring 3 passport size photographs for hostel admission at the time of CC.
- The hostel fascilities fee / deposite may be paid at the time of counseling or registration / admission.
- Every attempt will be made to provide hostel accommodation to all students. Students of the stay in private houses of relatives or friends with the prior permission of the Dean / Director and The application must be submitted in the prescribed form and approval must be obtained before campus.
- It is mandatory for all first year students to stay in the hostels and be a member of the mess it permission may be granted by the Dean / Director to stay out before joining the hostel. However, hostel, his hostel fees less deposit and utilized fees will be forfeited.
- Students must occupy rooms specifically allotted to them. They are not allowed to change rooms of the Warden/Chief Warden. However, students can pair up as per their choice within first few day warden for this purpose.
- Change of accommodation from one hostel to another during a term is generally not permitted.
- Allotment made to a student is subject to cancellation if he/she fails to occupy the room in the forfeit their rooms if they fail to clear all their dues to the hostel by the appointed day. In such case hostel.
- Hostel accommodation is allotted purely at the discretion of the Chief Warden and on condition that the rules and regulations of the hostel. The Chief warden may refuse hostel facilities without a student from the hostel at any time on disciplinary grounds.
- The Chief Warden reserves the right to break open rooms in case of any violation of hostel rules, the basis of security risk perceived.
- Once a student vacates the hostel, he/she will not be realloted hostel accommodation for a minimum period.
RULES AND REGULATIONS COLLEGE/ HOSTEL / CAMPUS - Students shall keep their room scrupulously clean.
- All the hostelites should be back in their rooms by 9 P.M.; no one will be permitted to enter the hostel after 9 P.M., unless special permission is obtained from the Warden.
- The students are not permitted to go out of their Hostels during weekends and holidays. However, in special circumstances, they should bring letters from their parents, well in advance, mentioning the purpose and duration for which they are taking their wards out.
- No student shall stay away from the Hostel at night, without the previous permission of the Warden.
- Students are not allowed to hold any meetings in the Hostel, without the previous sanction of Warden in writing. Entertainment and parties of any sort, on any occasion, within the rooms and premises of the Hostels are strictly prohibited.
- No circular or subscription list to collect money from the students shall be taken round without the permission of the Warden.
- Student shall refrain from playing music or singing or making noise in the Hostel. Screaming and speaking loudly causing hindrance to the peaceful studies of other students in the Hostel will also be viewed seriously.
- Room lights and fans must be switched off, when a room is not in use. veranda and passage lights shall be put off by 10-30 P.M. Students are particularly advised to be economical in the use of both electricity and water.
- Guests are not being provided lodging in the rooms allotted to the inmates of the Hostel.This rule holds good even if the Guest is a student of this College.
- Students are instructed to maintain decency, decorum and discipline in the Hostel by observing the above rules strictly. The Warden shall take notice of any breach of these rules. He is authorized to punish the students by expulsion from the Hostel and levying heavy fine.
- Mobile Phones are strictly prohibited in the college campus as per the University circular
