Dr.A.V.Moidien Kutty started his carrier as a teacher in the Department of Biochemistry of the Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College in January 1987.  He has 25 years of teaching experience and has served in various cadres.  He was deputed from the Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College to serve as the Registrar of the Sri Devaraj Urs University since its inception in June 2007.

During his academic carrier he has been examiner for Undergraduate and Post Graduate students in various universities.  His research interests are in the field of Enzymology and Protein Chemistry and has published several research papers in National and International Journals.  He is a Ph.D guide in Biochemistry of Sri Devaraj Urs University.

He is a life member in the association of clinical Biochemistry of India and involved in organizing.  National level conference of ACBI in Bangalore in 2004.
